Concert November 14th 2020
When four Aussies decided to hang up their performance shoes, put away their tuxes and trade in years of international touring for a less-nomadic lifestyle, they had no way of foreseeing that their paths would cross some four years later on the other side of the Pacific.
As good mates, Scott Fields, Craig Hendry, John Nicholson and Jason Short spent much of the 2000s travelling the world with acclaimed Australian vocal group, The Ten Tenors. Having performed in over 25 countries around the world and more than 250 shows per year, they decided to go their separate ways. As luck would have it, they all ended up in the USA, and (to cut a long and nap-inducing story short) the lads reunited in 2012 to perform for a once-off charity gala in Texas. One gig turned into two, two into three, and before long, they realized that they’d stumbled onto something pretty special. Thus, ARIA was born.
Their four unique voices combine to bring an entertaining blend of opera and pop, exploiting the versatility and range that each of them brings to ARIA. They offer a modern, amusing twist on a classical sound, never taking themselves too seriously.
“We love to take a pop song and then throw in some opera over the top.”
At ease with diverse repertoire from Puccini to Philip Philips, these (relatively) young lads from Oz pride themselves on delivering a musical experience that is raw, honest and, well, let’s face it – often vocally thunderous. After all, they are from Down Under.
These lads bring limitless musical possibilities with a dash of Aussie charm.

A Spectacular New Show
In a (mostly) true and hilarious re-imagining of their platonic…errr…romantic journey (with inspiration from their favorite film), “Look at it My Way” gives Broadway’s Jarrod Spector and Kelli Barrett the chance to recount the story of how they ended up together—from each of their often wildly divergent perspectives. Fresh off the heels of their award-winning concert debut (This Is Dedicated: Music’s Greatest Marriages) where they were hailed as a “crackerjack duo of performing powerhouses”, this “palpably simpatico” Broadway couple uses the best of pop (Prince, Peter Gabriel), rock (REO Speedwagon, The Beatles), soul (Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles), and even a little musical theater to discover what happens when you see through the eyes of someone who likes you a whole lot more than you like yourself.
In One Fabulous Show
Married To Broadway
Broadway performers and producers Ron and Barbara Sharpe first met onstage in the original Broadway production of Les Miserables, where they played the romantic lead roles of Marius and Cosette. After being married onstage over 1000 times they decided to do it for real!
Now years later with two grown children, a pair of identical twin boys, and three “adopted” family members (the boyfriend, the best friend, and the lovable uncle) this group has formed The Sharpe Family Singers to bring their love affair with Broadway to stages across America.
In Married to Broadway, The Sharpe Family Singers share their love of Broadway musicals by performing the big show-stopping numbers that are audience favorites around the world.
Their repertoire includes songs from new hit Broadway shows like Hamilton and Dear Evan Hansen, blockbuster movies like The Greatest Showman, hits from Disney On Broadway and Broadway’s Rock & Roll musicals as well as classic show tunes from Phantom, Cats, Evita, Guys and Dolls, West Side Story, Carousel, Fiddler, Les Miserables and many more!
If you are looking for a fresh new take on Broadway revues, bring the Sharpe Family Singers’ Married to Broadway to your stage. It’s a true musical gift —from our family to yours.
B J Thomas
He owns one of the most distinctive voices in American pop music—a reassuringly masculine timbre conveyed with a smattering of unique embellishments that represent a distillation of the most influential genres in pop culture.
Nothing about the identifiable sound of B.J. THOMAS’ voice has changed, but there’s a re-energized commitment behind it. Recognizing the continued loyalty of his fans, B.J. re-launches with the forthcoming Curb Records release of The Best of BJ Thomas, his first new studio album in almost a decade.
Concurrent with that project, he will be contributing six songs to the soundtrack of the independent picture JAKE’S CORNER; is in production with Allan Swartsburg and Bob Mann of NY Deep Diner on an upcoming Brazilian album in which B.J. lends his voice in an exciting new style.
“We’ve always tried to do the right thing as far as getting our music out and encouraging people with positive music,” B.J. reflects.
Indeed, many of B.J.’s signature hits—the Oscar-winning Raindrops Keep Fallin’ On My Head, the million-selling (Hey Won’t You Play) Another Somebody Done Somebody Wrong Song and his career-igniting cover of Hank Williams’ I’m So Lonesome I Could Cry—invariably find the plots’ protagonists employing some level of positivity to overcome the universal battle with loneliness.
